This is a five week ( 6 module) course, involving teaching and workshops. We will explore how our thinking, behaviour and deeply held beliefs (laid down over years of experience) affect us mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The course incorporates proven CBT strategies with Scriptural Truth to help recognise and change dysfunctional limiting habits.
