…Ready to live a free, peaceful, joyful, purpose-driven life of full authenticity?
Truly joyful, happy people are those who live wholehearted, authentic lives. They don’t wear masks, don’t pretend to be someone else, don’t let the opinions of others command them.
They are FREE to be the person they were made to be. Free to live the authentic life.
They are not negatively judging themselves,
no constant self-defeating defeating thoughts
Instead they are free to love themselves and others for who they are.
BUT YET…WE DON’T KNOW HOW
Brene Brown says that…“We cannot share ourselves with others when we see ourselves as flawed and unworthy of connection…It’s impossible to be ‘real’ when we are ashamed of who we are or what we believe.”
In this module we’ll explain the basics of self-awareness to you, how important it is and how you go about developing it.
The dictionary defines self-awareness as “knowledge and awareness of your own personality or character.”When you’re self-aware, you have an accurate and clear understanding of your personality, strengths, weaknesses, values and beliefs.
Lacking self-awareness can lead to a very confusing and frustrating life!
Your level of self-awareness can influence your relationships, career, and happiness
There are plenty of psychological theories out there about identity, how it’s formed, how it’s maintained. We will weave in the best of these theories to help you understand where your beliefs about yourself may have come from.
Our values reflect the things that matter the most to us. When we live our best life and our most authentic life, it is usually lived from our values. Our values are an important part of the decision process and really define who we are as people.
